Inspired by the 5 love languages, we built Roona’s brand strategy around the idea of expressing care through every service and touchpoint. Whether it’s words of affirmation during treatment, thoughtful product packaging (gift-giving), or acts of service via personalized experiences, each element was mapped to emotionally resonate with Roona’s audience.
