At its heart, Roona is more than a beauty destination—it’s a space designed to help women reconnect with themselves. Offering a curated range of wellness products and beauty services, from lash care to aromatherapy, Roona is built on a clear purpose: to enhance a woman’s natural beauty—inside and out.
But how do you turn a beauty bar into a place that truly nurtures the self?

CHALLENGE

When Your Inner Voice Needs a Hug

Roona’s biggest insight was emotional: even the most confident women sometimes struggle with doubt and insecurity. The brand wanted to do more than sell products—it wanted to create a space where women feel seen, cared for, and genuinely loved.
The challenge was to design a brand experience that spoke to self-love in a way that was elegant, sincere, and deeply felt.

APPROACH

Filling the Love Tank, One Sense at a Time

Inspired by the 5 love languages, we built Roona’s brand strategy around the idea of expressing care through every service and touchpoint. Whether it’s words of affirmation during treatment, thoughtful product packaging (gift-giving), or acts of service via personalized experiences, each element was mapped to emotionally resonate with Roona’s audience.
We wanted Roona to feel like a gentle friend—one that celebrates growth and transformation.
